1. Eligibility

Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd operates competitions on its website, cumbriajewellerycashcompetitions.co.uk, allowing participants to win prizes by complying with these terms and conditions (referred to as “Competition” or “Competitions”).

 

Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or older in the UK or the legal age in their country of residence.

 

Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd reserves the right to cancel accounts or disqualify participants who are found to be misusing its services. For instance, any attempt to create multiple accounts for a single individual or household to bypass entry limits will lead to disqualification and permanent exclusion from future Competitions.

 

2. Legal Compliance

By entering a Competition, participants (“Entrants”) confirm that they have the legal capacity to do so, understand these terms, and agree to be bound by them, along with any relevant promotional materials.

 

Competitions are governed by English Law, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Entrants must ensure they comply with the laws of their country of residence when participating in Competitions hosted by Titan Prizes Ltd. The company holds no liability for entries made in violation of local laws.

 

If entrants are unsure about the legality of their participation, they should consult local authorities before entering.

 

3. Entry Requirements

Competitions are accessible through the Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd website and may run concurrently with various prizes. The availability, entry limits, and pricing for each Competition are set at Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd’s discretion and outlined on the respective Competition page.

 

Free Entry Option

To comply with applicable laws, Competitions include a free entry route. Entrants may submit a postal entry on a postcard to:

Each postcard must include the Entrant’s date of birth, the specific Competition being entered, and contact information. Entries must be submitted individually and received by the Competition’s closing date.

 

The free postal route:

• Postal Entries. When playing a Competition via a postal entry, the Entry is free. All Entrants must specify which Competition they wish to enter and provide their Contact Details to the Promoter by post to the following address:

Bulk entries (within the same envelope) will not be accepted. Postal entries will not be accepted directly through the letterbox. Only one Postal Entry is permitted per Competition for each registered account. Postal Entries are limited to one Entry per person to each Competition. Each Postal Entry has the same chance per Entry of winning a Prize or an Instant Win Prize as an Online Entry.

• All Entries, whether an Online Entry or a Postal Entry, must arrive by the end of the Promotion Period for a Competition as stated on the Website. For all Competitions, a random number/s will be allocated to each Postal Entry by the Promoter. All Postal Entries will be treated in the exact same way as paid Online Entries once numbers have been allocated. If a Competition has sold out, then no further Entries will be accepted, and the Website will state that the Competition has closed.

• Please note that whether submitting an Online Entry and/or a Postal Entry, you will not be deemed entered into the Competition until we confirm your Entry, which can be confirmed in your account when you log in, or we may send you an email confirming it (and any such entry referred to herein as an ‘Entry’ or ‘Entries’).

 

4. Competition Draws

Winners are selected through a state-of-the-art random draw system using numbered balls to generate combinations between 9 and 99,999.

 

Live Draw Transparency

• Draws are broadcast live on Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd’s website and social media platforms to ensure transparency.

• In the unlikely event of technical or human error during the draw, Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd reserves the right to cancel the draw and roll over the prize to the next valid draw.

 

Contacting Winners

Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd will reach out to winners using the contact details provided during registration. Entrants must ensure their contact information remains up-to-date.

 

• If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days (extendable at Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd’s discretion) or fails to confirm acceptance, they forfeit the prize, which will remain the property of Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd.

 

All participants are added to the Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd database to receive updates on Competitions and promotions.

 

5. Prizes

Prizes are selected and purchased by Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd. Details are outlined on the specific Competition pages.

 

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and uninsured unless explicitly stated.

• Delivery is free within mainland UK. Additional charges apply for non-mainland UK or international delivery.

• Once a prize is delivered, Cumbria Jewellery & Cash Competitions Ltd is not responsible for insurance, maintenance, or defects.

 

Prizes may also be subject to terms from manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers.

 

6. Winner Obligations

Verification

Winners must provide proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID) to verify eligibility. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

 

Publicity

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English Law, with disputes to be resolved in the English courts.

 

14. Severability

If any provision in these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
